Stained glass was built to make stories immortal: light through color, worlds you could stand inside. We build ours on the edges of books. For Sarah J. Maas’s Throne of Glass series, that means eight volumes raised like the windows of one long cathedral: an assassin’s blades caught in colored light, the glass castle burning bright and breaking, wyrdmarks threading through ice and ember, courts and armies and a crown remade, each design keyed to its book. Read them in order and the edges tell the story alongside the pages, from a competition in a castle of glass to a war for every kingdom under the sun.
Each volume is finished with our officially licensed alternate dust jacket, original artwork by Aru Sharma designed to echo its volume’s window.
Every design begins as original artwork commissioned from human artists, painted for these pages and nowhere else. No AI, ever.

The books are genuine publisher editions, exactly as published. The alternate dust jackets are original Heirloom creations, made with permission of Writers House LLC acting as agent for the author. I ordered this set as a surprise gift for my friend, and I think the quality of books was great. However, I was disappointed with their customer service because the surprise didn’t exactly go as planned. There were many complications with the delivery that resulted in a failed surprise. Also, I had asked them to add a note with the package, but turned out that they didn’t, which also disappointed me.
I hope they can improve their customer service to make sure they meet the expectations of their customers.

These are stunning rebinds, original newer style dust jackets underneath sturdy and beautiful new dust jackets. The detail to the front facing spredge is stunning. I wish they had all 3 sides sprayed but tbh you don’t see the top and bottom when it’s on the bookcase so it’s really not an issue at all! Love the box they come in too, so naturally I’m making space for that to be displayed too.
Also they came right at the beginning of their shipping time frame and were excellently packaged.
Bought as a birthday gift to myself after we lost my dad and this was the last series of books I chewed his ear off about. So the beauty and sentiment of these books are very meaningful to me personally. Hopefully you find a reason to treat yourself with them too

Yes yes, I will say they did not let down with how beautiful this set is! I prefer stained glass sets and they are so unique from other designs, absolutely gorgeous and recommend!
