Are your Saga and Lore Editions licensed?

Yes. Our Saga and Lore Editions are produced under agreement with the publishers and authors whose work they celebrate, so every edition is made with permission and care.

Why does an Heirloom edition take longer than a normal book?

Every edition is made to order rather than kept on a shelf. Once you order, it enters production for its custom finishes, sprayed or stenciled edges, foiling, illustrated endpapers, and is quality checked before dispatch. Your estimated shipping window is always shown on the product page before you buy.

Do you use AI to make your art?

No. Heirloom art is made by people, not by AI. We have a small in-house design team, we credit them on our work whenever we can, and we are always glad to share how an edition was designed and made.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Once dispatched, orders typically take 2 to 10 days to arrive depending on your destination. Any local import duties outside the US are set by your own country; additional charges on US orders are covered.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and we will make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund. Small handcrafted variations are part of the character of a made by hand book.
